Jake Almond

Throughout his career, Jake has demonstrated exceptional leadership and performance, earning recognition as a top-performing manager in flagship retail stores for General Pants Co and Hype DC in Victoria. His passion for community service, physical and mental health, social engagement, and personal growth drives his professional and personal endeavors.

Over the past five years, Jake has built a diverse work history, including roles in HR/Recruitment with Accent Group Ltd, Sales Representative and Cellar Door Manager at Yamba Distilling Co (formerly Clarence Distillery), and his current role in Property Sales and Property Management. His involvement in the industry has been marked by a genuine, honest, and hard-working approach, qualities he considers his best assets for customers.

Jake is actively involved in community work, having recently organized and participated in a local charity event for a young local diagnosed with cancer, in collaboration with BJJ Yamba. Outside of work, he enjoys long-distance running, boxing, jiu jitsu, and playing guitar and songwriting. He is a proud father of two daughters, Nala and Remi, with his partner Jesse-Clare.
